Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

After processing, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and displayed at checkout. Please review these charges before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number and shipment details will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at toryvaronaew527@gmail.com. After this 12-hour window, cancellation may no longer be possible as the order may have already been processed.

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. littletikes is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
