Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service at toryvaronaew527@gmail.com within the 30-day return period.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except when the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect product was sent.

Shipping fees for new orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and inspection.

Refunds

After inspecting and approving the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Actual refund timing depends on your payment provider.
